Oceanside, California—March 19, 2025— Today marks the official announcement of Offensive AI Con (OAIC), the world's first conference exclusively focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and offensive cybersecurity. The inaugural event will take place October 5-8, 2025, at the Seabird & Mission Pacific Resorts in Oceanside, California.

This invitation-only gathering will bring together elite security researchers, practitioners, and thought leaders from industry, government, and academia to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-assisted and autonomous offensive security capabilities.

The event is jointly organized by Dreadnode, RemoteThreat, and DevSec, with initial seed funding provided by Dreadnode. The Call for Papers opens Tuesday, March 25, 2025, and will remain open until Friday, July 18, 2025. Talks will include:

  • Autonomous AI-based security testing
  • Semi-autonomous offensive cyber operations
  • AI-based vulnerability research and discovery
  • Exploit development acceleration using AI
  • Offensive security tool and capability development with AI
  • AI-based target identification and analysis
  • OODA workflows and multi-stage orchestration
  • Offensive agentic AI frameworks and specialized models

Beyond technical sessions, OAIC will facilitate crucial discussions on policy, ethics, and strategic approaches to safeguarding vulnerable organizations and critical infrastructure in an era of increasingly automated cyber threats.

Due to the sensitive and highly technical nature of the topics covered, attendance is strictly by invitation or referral only. Interested parties can request an invitation through the official website at https://www.offensiveaicon.com/#request-invite.
